Overview
The process of economic and social transformation is essential for continuous progress of the society and the country. Education is the process by which an individual is encouraged and enabled to fully develop his or her potential; it may also serve the purpose of equipping the individual with what is necessary to be a productive member of society. To contribute this goal, the TANTIA UNIVERSITY was established to fulfill the higher education need of the youth. Through thirteen different constituent colleges of the professional courses, we are imparting the education. Now from the academic session 2015-2016, The University has introduced B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) 4 years (8 semesters) course for the development and awareness in the field of Agriculture.
Infrastructure
The college campus is well spread green lawn and characterized by high ceiling building having classrooms, laboratories with equipments and library facilities. The screen ambience has inspired students to strive for excellence. The college is well equipped with student's friendly infrastructure. The college also have Agriculture farm with irrigation facilities for field technical training to the students.
Student Hostel
The college is fully residential having separate hostel for boys and girls, each provided with common room, television room, water cooler, mess and internet Wi-Fi facility. The annual fee for the hostel is RS. 60000/-. In addition to this, we also have residential quarters for the teaching faculty.
Games and Sports
The college has a stadium with cinder track for athletics and an indoor stadium for badminton and table tennis. The college has well developed football, basketball and cricket grounds.
